Our Agency's hallmark remains our State Veterans Homes System, with locations in Collins, Jackson, Kosciusko, and Oxford. We currently serve approximately 600 Veterans at these locations, where our staff provides compassionate and specialized care.
Our Veterans Homes have received Pinnacle Quality Insight's Customer Experience Award for the past two years, boasting "Best in Class" status when providing senior healthcare services nationwide.
Every month, our Agency gathers its real-time survey results to understand the Veteran residents' needs better and make improvements when necessary. We at Mississippi Veterans Affairs have satisfied the rigorous demand for scoring in the nation's top 15% across a 12-month average.
Our team focuses on providing the best experience possible for residents and their families. If you or your loved one is a Veteran and has considered making one of our Homes yours, we hope you will seek eligibility.
